Karen Mattull, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PAFM

Karen Mattull is the Chief Operating Officer, Internal Operations for BeachFleischman PC. She is responsible for the strategic alignment of Human Resources functions within the firm’s overall mission and culture. Additionally, she is responsible for the daily operations of the firm including billing, collections, and administration. Through national, regional and local speaking engagements Karen regularly provides expert commentary and specializes in issues related to employee relations, workplace culture, recruiting, wellness, HR compliance, training and organizational development. Karen has also been published in national and local media outlets on human resources topics, issues and trends that impact employers and employees alike.
