We strive to create an inclusive culture at BeachFleischman where all team members can create the careers they envision and achieve their desired success. We also know everyone has responsibilities outside of work that require attention and commitment. Finding the proverbial “work-life balance” is challenging for everyone, but this is particularly true for women in public accounting.

With this in mind, we created Women R.I.S.E., an employee-led committee dedicated to building and sustaining a collaborative and diverse workforce. This group builds and executes programs and events that strategically support the development and advancement of women at the firm.

Women R.I.S.E. is charged with bringing ideas and ensuring we maintain an environment that recognizes, cultivates, and utilizes the talent of all employees equitably, paying particular attention to the career paths of women at the firm.
