Employee Retention Credit webinar

This webinar will be an introduction to the Employee Retention Credit, a payroll tax credit program from the CARES Act that was initially available only to companies who did not receive a PPP loan. Legislation in December 2020 removed this restriction and has left companies scrambling to determine whether they are eligible for the credit retroactively for 2020 and/or for 2021. We will discuss the eligibility requirements as well as how the credits are calculated and claimed. Interaction with wages used for PPP loan forgiveness will also be addressed. Please join us as we break down the rules for this complex credit into concepts that attendees will be able to understand and apply.
