November 3, 2023 – Accounting MOVE Project has recognized BeachFleischman as a Best Firm for Women and Best Firm for Equity Leadership. To qualify, an employer must have a proportionate number of women at most or all levels of management and proven success with the MOVE factors. Specifically, 57% of BeachFleischman’s principals are women. Additionally, women make up 42% of the firm’s management committee.

Based on the report summary, firms embrace career sustainability strategies to recruit and retain women. With more women advancing to partner and principal levels, they seek career opportunities that allow space for work and personal responsibilities. In response, firms are proactively implementing measures like fair pay policies, internal coaching programs, alternative partnership tracks, and flexible work arrangements, aiming to establish an equitable and supportive environment for women in the industry.
Since 2010, the Accounting MOVE Project has measured and supported the advancement of women at accounting and consulting firms.
