The CTP is earned through examination and demonstrated skills and extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy, restructuring and turnaround management. Ms. Giordano’s background includes the areas of internal audit, banking, regulatory compliance, fraud investigation, forensic accounting, public accounting/tax, business valuations, bankruptcy & restructuring, turnaround management, court-appointed receiverships, and special master and compliance monitoring appointments. Ms. Giordano earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance. Ms. Giordano is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified in Distressed Business Valuation (CDBV), a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), and a Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA).
