Jason Cook is a Principal and member of BeachFleischman’s Tax Department and Real Estate Segment Team. Jason has worked in public accounting since 2006, primarily focusing on real estate transactions and partnership taxation, including multi-asset exchanges, mergers, consolidations, buy-outs, cost segregation studies, and transaction formation. He is also experienced with international real estate issues, including inbound and outbound transactions. Additionally, Jason has over 15 years of experience serving as an outsourced CFO for several real estate development and management companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Arizona.
