Karen Mattull is the Chief Operating Officer of Internal Operations and a Principal for BeachFleischman. She is responsible for the strategic alignment of Human Resources functions within the firm’s overall mission and culture. Additionally, she manages the business technology team, internal administrative team, and daily operations of the firm.
