Additionally, Kelly specializes in tax planning and compliance for nonprofits, including obtaining tax-exempt status and preparing IRS Form 990. Kelly’s years spent serving nonprofit clients and her years spent as CFO of a large statewide nonprofit agency have given her experience and insight into the unique needs of tax-exempt organizations.
