George Schlecht is a Senior Manager for BeachFleischman’s Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Department. George works closely with organizations to enhance financial performance, strengthen operational effectiveness, and support strategic growth initiatives. Leveraging deep experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and organizational planning, he helps clients navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and make informed business decisions.
Prior to joining the firm, George held several executive finance leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer at United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona, Chief Financial Officer at Leman Academy of Excellence, and Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona.
Having served in CFO and senior finance leadership roles, George understands the practical financial and operational challenges organizations face and helps clients identify solutions that support their goals.
